Key Responsibilities
- Make sure all devices and software account provide timely to all departments
- Optimize using devices in the company to make sure the cost effectively
- Support all departments about devices, account and any requirements
- Handle any task assigned from line manager
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Abilities to manage devices and device process
- Abilities to handle multi tasks
- Abilities to manage a helpdesk team (Task, Evaluation, Review weekly, Report)
- Communicate effectively with others
- Abilities to recommend, suggest technical devices or methods for using/fixing/maintaining the devices
- Abilities to set up basic software for devices (windows, Ubuntu, mac iOS…)
- Abilities to update and learn things news
- Suggest methods to make sure company facilities using efficiency and optimization.
- Abilities to work flexible and adaptable
