BAP is a great place to grow your career!\u00a0 Key responsibilities Discuss directly requirements Client\u00a0 Work directly with the Korean business team to decide product roadmap, define requirements and lead projects to get success.\u00a0 Manage the project schedule, and periodically report to the Clients and Project Manager\u00a0 Translate documents or interpret meetings when needed\u00a0 Willing to build career path as a Project Manager or Sales IT Manager Key Skills and Qualifications Have Topik from level 5, who can fluently communicate with Korean clients. \u00a0\u00a0 5 years of experience in IT field\u00a0 Experience working with Korean clients in IT industry\u00a0 Experience in any programming languages accepted\u00a0 Have knowledge of infra or skill in project analysis preferred\u00a0 Good organizational and problem-solving skills\u00a0 Teamwork or work independently ability.\u00a0 Logic thinking and highly responsible Nice to Have:\u00a0 Backgournd IT, preferably from Engineer \u00a0 Able to travel for business in Korea \u00a0 Project Management skills or Leadership mindset\u00a0 Strong logical thinking abilities, self-driven, proactive\u00a0 Leadership skill or experience\u00a0 What do we offer you?
