<\/p>\nBAP Company was founded on 04\/05\/2016. At that time, BAP was still a small team on 5th\u00a0floor at Quang Dong Building. However, the number of employees has gradually increased over the months, and currently we had nearly 80 people. In general, along with development of IT industry, BAP company has developed quite quickly in Danang market in quantity and quality aspects. The current employee forces are pretty strong, very young, and very active. Among them, we has found out some special and different factors with the hope that they will bring a new faces for BAP. Where is BAP located?<\/strong><\/p>\n BAP is currently located at 4F, 5F Quang Dong Building, 108 Nui Thanh Street, Danang city. Besides, we also has 2 branches in Japan, they are located in Nagoya and Tokyo. At present the company size isn\u2019t big in Japan, but we guarantee about the quality of the engineers there and the opportunities for moving to Japan for working.<\/p>\n Who is CEO of BAP?<\/strong><\/p>\n That is Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh. He has lived and worked in Japan for 8 years. He has worked directly with engineers and producers of big groups such as Gree, Cyber Agent, Gloops, Mobage, and grasped many experiences for himself on many areas such as, Web System, Erp System, Card Social Game, ios game. He has come back Vietnam and establisted BAP (Be Advanced Partner) because he expects to develop technological products based on Vietnamese ideas, and he believes that Vietnamese people could develop such technological products (the similar products as Japanse did). This is also orientation of BAP now and in the future. For him, the youth should live with young spirit: creative, give ideas, try the best, develop the ideas and success will come. His point of view in business is \u201c customer\u2019s smile is our happiness\u201d.<\/p>\n Who is the manager in Vietnam now?<\/strong><\/p>\n That is Mr. Nguyen Trung Quan. After graduating from Ha Noi University of Science and Technology (HEPDSI Course), \u00a0he is selected by the company stock exchange 1 for working in Japan with the desire of challenging himself in new environment to learn new things. For him, each person does a little, Vietnam will be better\u201d and the youth need to try the best for passion and for the job.
