Key Skills and Qualifications

• Have Topik from level 5, who can fluently communicate with Korean clients.   
• 5 years of experience in IT field 
• Experience working with Korean clients in IT industry 
• Experience in any programming languages accepted 
• Have knowledge of infra or skill in project analysis preferred 
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Teamwork or work independently ability.

We are looking for BLOCKCHAIN ENGINEERs and Technical Leaders for our Crypto, Blockchain, Defi, AI… projects in DA NANG (HQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate smart contracts, crypto projects…
• Willing to be flexible with availability to accommodate for the fast-paced nature of the cryptocurrency market
• Work with the team to write smart contracts according to the needs of the systems
• Build reusable modules to communicate across multiple crypto and blockchain platforms
• Prepare documentation for blockchain development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest crypto technologies
• Lead and conduct training to empower engineers to achieve a greater level of programming skill;

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development
• From 2 years of blockchain development experience (Ethereum, Solidity, Solana, Avalanche, etc)
• Understanding and can apply data structures, algorithms necessary for distributed
  systems
• Have knowledge of consensus algorithms, blockchain protocols, and smart contract operating environments and frameworks.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
• Passionate and knowledge of NFTs / gaming / blockchain games
• Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
• Able to be an independent contributor
• Is a team player

Nice to Have:

• Deep knowledge in Blockchain and AI technologies and aim to be Technical Expert.
• Experienced in ReactJS, Nodejs is a plus
• Experience with Docker, AWS is a plus
• Good understanding of scalability in large distributed systems and protocols
• NFT marketplace experience and knowledge of crypto, Ethereum and Ethereum Layer 2 products.
• Experience in Rust
