Để đáp ứng sự phát triển của công ty, BAP IT cần tuyển NHÂN VIÊN KINH DOANH – SALES IT (software outsourcing development).

Mô tả công việc:

• Thực hiện chiến lược bán hàng bằng cách tìm kiếm/phân loại khách hàng, xác định nhu cầu của khách hàng và tư vấn sản phẩm, dịch vụ cho khách hàng
• Chủ động thực hiện tiếp cận khách hàng qua nhiều kênh khác nhau: email, gọi điện thoại và gặp mặt trực tiếp
• Chịu trách nhiệm về doanh thu cá nhân hàng tháng/quý/năm theo cam kết, đánh giá hiệu suất và đặt mục tiêu phát triển doanh thu vượt cam kết
• Đánh giá cơ hội và xây dựng chiến lược chào hàng cạnh tranh
• Tích cực theo dõi khách hàng tiềm năng và xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ bền chặt với khách hàng
• Ghi lại các tương tác của khách hàng trong hệ thống CRM để lập kế hoạch chốt sales
• Tiếp nhận những đánh giá/ phản hồi của khách hàng về chất lượng dịch vụ
• Lập và gửi báo cáo hàng tuần, tháng cho Quản lý trực tiếp để cập nhật các hoạt động kinh doanh trong tuần, tháng.
• Khuyến khích sự sáng tạo và chấp nhận rủi ro
• Tuân thủ quy trình bán hàng của công ty
• Đề xuất và tổ chức các hoạt động xây dựng đội nhóm
• Hỗ trợ bất kỳ nhiệm vụ quản trị / tiếp thị nào nếu được yêu cầu.

• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm Sales IT
• Có khả năng nghiên cứu thị trường, tổ chức sắp xếp, bao quát công việc, quản lý thời gian làm việc tốt.
• Nhanh nhẹn, linh hoạt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Kỹ năng nói chuyện , thương lượng tốt , thích giao tiếp với khách hàng và cởi mở với đồng nghiệp

• Design and build applications for the Android platform (Java and Kotlin)
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Mobile Developer with 1+ years of experience in Android Development (Android Studio, Java, Kotlin)
• Good at Java & Kotlin skills with extensive knowledge of Android SDK 
• Experience on OOP, MVC pattern, Design pattern
• Extensive knowledge of Android developments frameworks 
• Experienced with Web service, REST APIs, handling JSON/XML (Android)
• Familiar to code versioning tool such as GIT

Nice to have:

• Experience or willing to be a Leader (Technical or Team Leader)
• Good English to communicate with customers via chat tool.
• Hybrid technology (React Native or Flutter) is plus
• Hand on unit test skills.
• Strong logical thinking abilities, self-driven, proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a part of PMO and work directly with CEO, COO and CDO.
• Have a significant influence on our company’s success.
• Work with key stakeholders and project team leader and members to scope, size, and develop project plans at a task, budget, and resource level;
• Be in charge of major product (project) releases: timeline, deadlines, coordination between team members, from Business, QC, Systems, and Software Engineering teams;
• Track and report, provide internal and external stakeholders; all levels of management with accurate and timely project information and status updates;
• Manage issues, engage the team on an ongoing basis to identify and proactively manage project issues, risks, action plans, and implications;
• Manage and document proposed and accepted changes to the scope;
• Compile historical data from previous Iterations/Releases and provide it for team-wide use and future estimating activities.
• Mentor team leads to develop their project management discipline.
• Contribute to improving processes and support the development of the PMO.
• Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time

Key Skills and Qualifications

• From 4 years’ experience with Project Management in Software Development.
• Strong with QCD process
• Technical Background to understand the true needs and problems of your customers (Experience with at least programming languages or frameworks)
• Excellent negotiation skill and project management skills, including estimating, planning, organising, and leading
• Good at English or Japanese is a big plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, Open mind, long-term commitment and sharing
• Highly responsible, well-organised, communicative, proactive, dare-to-lead characters

Nice to have:

• Work experience in foreign companies/ overseas education is a big plus
• Have ability to negotiate with customer
• Have PMP certification is an advance
