Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new prospects throughout various stages, including discovery, quoting, pitching, and moderating.
- Analyze and identify clients’ explicit and hidden pain points—particularly in business contexts—and propose effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new opportunities through both online and offline communication, including meetings and follow-ups.
- Manage client expectations and project deliverables, addressing challenges proactively and negotiating win-win solutions.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams, including the Division Manager, Technical Lead/Manager, Business Analyst, and Sales Team, to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Attend networking and industry events to identify new business opportunities within Vietnam and abroad.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and negotiation skills.
- Highly responsible, growth-minded, eager to learn, and driven by innovation.
- Having knowledge in the IT field is a plus..
