We are looking for a passionate Bridge Engineer to accompany us on our products and outsourcing projects (Web, App, AI, Game, NFT, Education, SAP…) in Japan. If you are looking for an ideal working environment to maximize your talent, BAP is a great place to develop your career.
Main Responsibilities
- Directly discuss with customers to exchange project requirements, ensuring continuous information flow from customers to the team.
- Work directly with the Japanese sales team and technical consultants to decide on the product roadmap, identify requirements, and lead the project to success.
- Design Systems/Databases/Infra as a project manager.
- Develop a career path towards Project Manager or Account Manager.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Ability to communicate in Japanese at N2 level or above with Japanese customers, ensuring a correct understanding of project requirements and customer needs.
- 2+ years of experience in the role of Bridge Engineer.
- Graduated from universities related to IT.
- Experience in any programming language (preferably with previous experience as a Developer, SA).
- Preferably experienced in languages such as Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, Fe, NodeJs…
- Knowledge of infra or skills in project analysis is an advantage.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Logical thinking and high responsibility.
