Main Responsibilities

• Directly discuss with customers to exchange project requirements, ensuring continuous information flow from customers to the team.
• Work directly with the Japanese sales team and technical consultants to decide on the product roadmap, identify requirements, and lead the project to success.
• Design Systems/Databases/Infra as a project manager.
• Develop a career path towards Project Manager or Account Manager.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Japanese at N2 level or above with Japanese customers, ensuring a correct understanding of project requirements and customer needs.
• 2+ years of experience in the role of Bridge Engineer.
• Graduated from universities related to IT.
• Experience in any programming language (preferably with previous experience as a Developer, SA).
• Preferably experienced in languages such as Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, Fe, NodeJs…
• Knowledge of infra or skills in project analysis is an advantage.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Mô tả công việc

• Tham gia phát triển dự án cho khách hàng Nhật Bản
• Nghiên cứu, hiểu sâu hệ thống dự án khách hàng phụ trách
• Nắm chắc nội dung dự án (nhận tài liệu mô tả, họp spec cùng khách) thực hiện trao đổi Q&A trực tiếp với khách hàng
• Phối hợp với đội dự án tại Nhật

Yêu cầu đối với ứng viên :

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Salesforce từ 2 năm trở lên
• Tiếng Nhật sử dụng thành thạo (trình độ tương đương N2 trở lên)
• Có nền tảng kiến thức công nghệ thông tin tốt
• Kỹ năng nghe/nói tiếng Nhật trực tiếp tốt
• Có kinh nghiệm code Java hoặc Apex
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, khả năng xác định phân tích, hiểu sâu yêu cầu SPEC
• Có khả năng trao đổi trực tiếp với team phát triển về coding bằng tiếng Nhật

Mô tả công việc:

• Thực hiện chiến lược bán hàng bằng cách tìm kiếm/phân loại khách hàng, xác định nhu cầu của khách hàng và tư vấn sản phẩm, dịch vụ cho khách hàng
• Chủ động thực hiện tiếp cận khách hàng qua nhiều kênh khác nhau: email, gọi điện thoại và gặp mặt trực tiếp

Key Responsibilities

•  Design and build mobile applications for the iOS platform (Swift)
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality and organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Mobile Developer with from 2.5+ years of experience in iOS Development
• Good at Swift languages (iOS)
• Experience on OOP, design pattern, clean code (iOS)
• Experienced with Web service, REST APIs, handling JSON/XML (iOS)
• Familiar to code versioning tool such as GIT
• Hand on unit test skills.

For Senior iOS Developer, we expect you:

• Proficient in Swift language (Knowledge of ObjectiveC is an advantage)
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented, multi-threading, data caching, background thread, push notification
• Strong knowledge of MVC, MVVM.
• Proficient with one of the local storage like CoreData, Realms, SQLite ….
• Basic understanding of CoreGraphic to customize controls that are not available.
• Basic understanding of CoreAnimation to customize effects (animation).
• Knowledge of TestFlight, App Store Review Guidelines, Human Interface Guidelines.
