2023 – Blooming theme blooms with the orientation of restructuring by Division (Div) so that each individual and each project can best develop based on the orientation and core values: Leading – Oneness – Professional of BAP.

• Month 01 – Kick-off Month: is an opportunity for Div members having more opportunities to bond and understand each other better, a premise to bring motivation for sustainable development and stronger growth in the future.
• Month 02 – Skill-up Month: is the time when Div members learn and hone their skills to bring values and contribute to promoting the strong development of Div.
• Month 03 – Active Month: after understanding the goals of individuals, Divs, BAPers participate most closely in the right direction, personal connection with individuals, individuals with customers and internal cohesion.
