(English) August Birthday And Newbies In Ho Chi Minh

Last week, BAPers in HCM had a warming welcome and birthday party on Friday. This is the monthly activity in BAP family to help members release all the tiredness during a hard working time.

Unfortunately, because of the social distance in some areas in the Central, only BAPers in HCM had the chance to gather and celebrate this special occasion together.

To start the party, we call the name of newbies and have big claps as a typical welcome activity. The new members introduced themselves and then we all interacted with others to understand each other.

We also prepare some snacks and drinks for networking time.

The next section is celebrating birthdays to BAPers borned in August.

We had birthday gifts from the Trade Union for members and that is one of the reasons why they smiled a lot and we also felt happy about that.

Besides that, the company also prepared a big birthday cake for BAPers, which is a must have item in every birthday party

We believe that this monthly event can create a comfortable environment and encourage BAPers to work effectively.

Hopefully the Corona pandemic will be controlled and BAP Danang and Hue can hold the offline party instead of online one. By doing this, we can communicate directly and create a high solidarity between members.
