BAP TRIP 2019 – A Time Together

August, the time when the Sun is not light enough to be called the beginning of autumn, the rain is not mild enough to foretell the end of the summer, the month of transactional time that is unpredictable, so the 3-day-2-night BAP trip after hard working days was full of unforgettable experiences and  memories. 

Company trip is an annual activity of our company, and this year Hoi An Ancient Town is the destination – a famous tourist city, a highlight in the central tourist route of Vietnam. 

8:00 am, August 24, all employees in 3 offices from Da Nang, Hue and Japan gathered at BAP Danang office, moving to Hoi An, starting BAP Company Trip 2019.

    Vinpearl South Hoi An was the first destination in a series of exciting experience activities.

Another option for whom had gone to Vinpearland was Spa service at Phu Thinh Boutique Resort and Spa.

As planned, there would have a sparkling colorful Pool Party, unfortunately it rained and we replaced by the vibrant, cozy indoor party full of unforgettable moments.

    The second day

Started with Taichi Activity and then everyone went fishing and experienced making Hoi An lanterns – a feature of the old town.

      Team building Activity

The hotel we chose as the destination was a resort inside the city, we moved to An Bang beach by Hoi An Shuttle Bus. We joined the team building activity with full of excitement. This is an indispensable activity to unite the spirit of all staff.

The second day ended with Massage Activity in the evening and “Hoi An memory” show.

Recently, the number of BAP members is gradually increasing.

The size of the company may create invisible gaps between departments and teams.

However, through this trip, we feel that the gap has gradually disappeared and the trust and cohesion among the members is increasingly strengthened.
