Job Description
Participate in projects and develop product modules on the Odoo platform
Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal departments
Write software requirement specification documents (use cases, prototypes)
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support user documentation creation
Support users during operation, record issues, and coordinate with teams to resolve them
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, English, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with HRM and Payroll modules
Strong interest and career orientation in ERP systems
Basic knowledge of databases, SDLC, or enterprise systems is an advantage
Ability to provide business consulting and guide clients to achieve project goals
Strong communication skills (eliciting requirements and working with multiple stakeholders)

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday
