On the afternoon of November 8, BAP had the honor of participating in a program to donate Social Insurance Books (SI) and Health Insurance Cards (HI), organized by Thanh Khe District Social Insurance in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district. This initiative aims to support people and students in particularly difficult situations, following the Joint Plan and Plan No. 1533/KH-SI of the Da Nang City Social Insurance, realizing the goal of “Leaving No One Behind” in 2024.
After over three months of calling for joint efforts from organizations and individuals, the program donated a total of 51 SI books and 62 HI cards, valued at up to 126 million VND. This support is not only a material contribution but also a source of encouragement, bringing hope to struggling families and helping them access essential social welfare benefits.
Ms. Tran Thi Hang, a recipient of an SI book, shared emotionally: “To me, this book is a priceless gift. I will try to continue contributing to SI so I can be self-sufficient in my old age, without relying on my family. This is a huge motivation for me to strive each day.”
The program to donate SI books and HI cards has brought about great humanitarian values, helping people understand the necessity and benefits of SI and HI policies. This is also one of the efforts of BAP and other organizations to spread humanitarian values and promote social responsibility awareness. The cooperation of individuals and businesses contributes to ensuring long-term and sustainable social welfare, aiming towards a civilized and developed community.
