Da Nang, Vietnam, and Tokyo, Japan – BAP IT Co., JSC. and BAP Solution Japan are pleased to announce the increase of their respective capital from 3,000,000,000 VND (3 billion VND) and 500 Man Yen to 17,000,000,000 VND (17 billion VND) and 1500 Man Yen, respectively.
This decision to increase capital has been made with the aim of strengthening business activities, preparing for significant expansion, and building infrastructure to support the development of different departments and the strategic growth of the company.
This substantial increase in capital marks a significant milestone in the development strategy of BAP IT Co., JSC. and BAP Solution Japan. It reflects our commitment to sustainable growth and continuous exploration of business opportunities.
The purpose of the capital increase includes:
