I am concerned about communication, like my detailed requests are not understood. Would it be an issue when communicating through other foreign languages?

A

At BAP, the managers who are highly skilled in both languages & technologies, will be the one to communicate with clients. We have a lot of experiences working with Japanese and English-speaking countries. Hence, we host meetings before and during the development process to make sure we fully understand our clients. Language is the obstacle that we always try to overcome.

Not only development, can I request your maintenance service when operating the system?

A

Yes, you can. Currently, we are maintaining multiple projects from communication, service supervisor…

I usually care more about quality while doing Offshore. Could you ensure a high quality project?

A

We always produce high quality service. To assure that, we get our engineers ready in our office in your city to communicate quickly.

When I request an Offshore service, what materials and regulation should I prepare?

A

We will propose a regulation that is suitable with your company. What you need to prepare is “Detailed request set”: the document set contains requests needed in the system, request description, budget, timeline…This is your confirmation on your request, if it contains request for UI & UX, it needs design details as well.

And if you don’t have any, we are happy to assist you in creating one.

I’m thinking of requesting an offshore for our specialized system. Could your company handle those special requirements?

A

Yes, we can. We provide Bridge SEs that are fluent in Japanese and other engineers experienced in developing specialized systems in Japan. If the requirements are more special, our engineers will visit the client’s office for a deeper understanding.

Can we visit your technical hub, where the software has been developing?

A

Sure. We can assist  you to visit our offices in Da Nang, Hue and even Ho Chi Minh.

I want to have an AI project. Can I request your company?

A

Sure. We have many engineers with deep knowledge in AI and a team specialized for Deep Learning technology. Besides, we also want to have a subsidiary company, offering AI technology service.

Please tell me about your capability and processes.

A

We are developing mobile applications, web apps using Cloud… by PHP, Java, C, C #, C ++, .NET, iOS (Objective-C, Swift), Android (Java, kotolin), Ruby, Html5 / css3 / JS, AWS, v.v. 

In addition, we also apply top technologies like AI/IoT, Blockchain.. into development.
Besides, we offer step-by-step process as below:
Request => Basic design => Detailed architect => Coding => Test => Apply => Maintain.

How can you assure your quality?

A

We have our QA team to in-charge this. 

  • BAP is already certified by ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System. Our process includes visualizing project milestones by Gantt’s chart & timetable, continuous testing for quality confirmation, record problems and clarify cost.
  • Basically, it is implemented in Scrum as an Agile project.

How can you assure your committed timeline?

A

 We can assure our timeline by following:

  • We set up detailed milestones & timetables and manage together with clients.>
  • We report progress & issues frequently
  • If there are changes in requirements, we analyze the whole project to check whether it affects the committed timeline.
  • We also implement some project management tracking tools like Backlog.

How are your payment terms?

A

Basically, we require 50% advance payment before development and the rest 50% pay within a week after the project is done.

Other terms will be decided after the negotiation is agreed from both parties.

How is your liquidation process?

A

We regularly check on our product and liquidate after the project is done. Clients will be asked to issue a completion certification and delivery completion acceptance.

If there is an emergency case, what is your process to have a quick response?

A

Our client service representative in Japan will immediately contact the client and development team in Vietnam. Then, the project owner will update regulations to ensure committed timeline.
