Job Description
Participate in and support IT infrastructure management activities, including installation, service configuration, monitoring, maintenance, backup, and data recovery.
Manage and maintain servers and network devices at the office.
Ensure stable operation of Internet connections, software systems, email services, and websites.
Manage and ensure stable operation of the camera system.
Manage IT assets, network systems, hardware devices, user accounts, and maintain system security.
Guide and support end-users in using IT systems and resolving technical issues, including PCs, printers, office software, antivirus, etc.
Coordinate with IT team members to handle assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in IT Support/Helpdesk; preference for candidates who have worked in IT Helpdesk roles in IT companies.
Strong end-user support capability.
Good communication and support skills.
Ability to work flexibly and handle problems effectively.
