Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other various channels base on recruitment needs
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates.
- Conduct HR screening, interview and select high potential candidates for the shortlist
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Build-up and develop pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
- Tracking and reporting recruiting performance to HR leader
- Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Join recruiting/IT events to increase the coverage such as Job fair, Tech seminars, …
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource/ Business or relevant majors
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Recruiter/ Admin Officer/ Event for technology companies is preferable
- Have a strong professional networking in IT field is a plus
- Good at Employee Branding, Industry Networking, Recruitment Channel Management
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
- Abilities manage physical systems in the office
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
- Teamwork, proactive, supportive spirit

Work Location and Hour
- Work location: BAP Group Building, 236/29/18 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.
- Working hours: 8:30 A.M. – 05:30 P.M., Monday to Friday
