A great comtor and a quick to respond team. It is “BAP only”
1. Could you tell me about your company?
We are working on the development of xR cloud service “STYLY.biz” that adapts AR / VR to business. We have BAP cooperate in research and development of advanced functions such as speech recognition.
2. Why did you choose BAP?
First, quickly response when we ask BAP team “Can you make this?”. It is might not be possible for Japanese development company to do that. Most development companies in Japan have many steps of creating design documents and checking it internally, so it takes long time. BAP development team understands on their own and outputs honestly. We value the speed of the output. Usually, in offshore development, Japanese is translated and requests are communicated to developers, so some of information may be lost. In addition, because we request research, it is not a specific requirement but an abstract request such as “Can you do this?” That is why the attitude of the development team, “I can do this, I want to do this,” matches us.

Second, Ms.Duong, comter* is very reliable. Personally, I think the comtor is a position that gives the customer a sense of security. In offshore development, there are many cases communication fails and ends up with less than expected results. This case is avoided to happen thanks to Ms.Duong. The communicator’s sense of security is truly “BAP only”.
3. You mentioned the good point of BAP comtor. Have you experienced any communication fail with other companies?
Before, we did offshore development with other company, but we had communication failed, then we gave up offshore. However, we decided to revenge in offshore development because we are “New business promotion department”. Then I was able to meet a good partner BAP.
4. What do you expect from BAP in the future?
I think BAP’s strength is productivity. The big number of members realizes this. It also realizes quickly response. BAP is undoubtedly quick to build with the designed already and there are enough testers, so they can test by themselves. However, there is still improvement in analyzing and defining requirements. BAP is a reliable partner, so we look forward to growth including this challenge.
