BAP Team Building – Cooking contest: Family meal

For the success of an organization, we are undeniable that employees play the key role in this situation. Each year, BAP also holds team-building for our staff to connect and experience with each other.

On 19th October, 2019, BAP family had a wonderful Team building program with the theme “Family meal”. This aimed to help BAPers have time to relax with outdoor activities after the stressful workload regularly.

Program theme: Family meal which was an amazing topic that we wanted to transform the meaning for BAPer’s men who have an opportunity for them to show off their cooking skills to the girls.

Four Teams and the Organizers came early to prepare for the program.

After 1 hour, all “family meals” were well cooked, and there were some of the delicious dishes.

Playing games were an integral part of team-building,  we got some interesting games with lots of memorable experiences together.

The next part was to give gifts to BAP girls on Vietnamese women’s day, and The little presents really made them feel happy.

Finally, we took a photo together with joyful and happiness, we believe that this would make the  connection for each member of BAP.
