It is intended that an integrated system be developed in order to streamline factory site management. The system facilitates the creation of online forms, allows for efficient approval processes, and enables data analysis for the development of informed decisions.
Challenge
Managing equipment and machinery across multiple factories across multiple geographical locations is a challenge because traditional methods often take a long time and are inefficient. Moreover, fragmented data interferes with effective analysis and decision-making due to the lack of a unified system. It is also challenging to ensure user accessibility and data security, while accommodating a variety of user roles and permissions.

To address these challenges, the developed system offers several key solutions:
- Streamlined Form Creation: The system allows users to create online forms tailored to factory processes, such as General Analysis, Maintenance Records, and Periodic Inspection. In this way, data collection will be simplified and factories will be consistent with each other.
- User Role-Based Access: Factory managers can access employee data effortlessly by categorizing functions according to specific user rights groups. By using this method, data security can be ensured, and permissions can be managed efficiently.
- Real-time Data Analysis: A variety of sources such as forms, PLCs, and other sources of data are used to generate useful analysis graphs. As a result, real-time monitoring of equipment performance can be performed and maintenance needs can be identified in a timely manner.
- Management of equipment: The system facilitates the creation of maintenance and inspection schedules for equipment and facilities. By enhancing equipment lifecycle management, downtime can be minimized.
